Homes Build Hope

We’re so proud to have partnered with Homes Build Hope, Inc. on the Mary Street Revitalization project in Latrobe, PA. Guardian Construction built the attractive multi-unit residential complex, which will become available as affordable rental homes to income-eligible tenants in the new year.

Personal Care Home SPHS

There’s a fine balance between preserving the historical character of a building and updating it with modern accessibility. In the case of the Barclay mansion’s renovation into SPHS’s new personal care home for seniors, special design considerations are made to accommodate the abilities of its future residents of advanced age.

Jeannette Pavilion

Guardian Construction recently completed a community amphitheater in Jeannette, PA. Built on a city-owned lot at Clay Avenue and Fifth Street, across the street from a new microbrewery, the project was funded through Jeannette’s Neighborhood Partnership Program and Neighborhood Assistance Program. With the new amphitheater in place, the community hopes to attract a variety of events in the entertainment space and revitalize the area.

Union Mission

The Union Mission was founded in 1987 by a single individual who, in conjunction with the Latrobe Ministerial Association, saw the need for a short-term residential facility for disadvantaged men.  The Mission would be a place where housing and support could be offered for those experiencing economic and/or personal crises in their life.
