Anthony Bucciero is the President of Guardian Construction. In 1973, he started out in the construction industry in the multi-family industry and has developed a strategy of Construction Management to meet the needs of today’s entrepreneurs. Anthony has been able to provide the expertise to manage the construction needs by understanding each client’s needs. This approach to customize Construction Management based on the client’s personal requirements has lead to repeat clients and referrals as a primary source of business. Guardian Construction has a commitment to individual service, which Anthony has personally maintained throughout his career in the construction field.

Dennis O'Hara

Dennis O’Hara | Senior Vice President of Construction

Dennis joined the Guardian Construction Management team in 2012, Dennis brings 26 years of construction experience to Guardian Construction. His last 18 years of commercial construction experience has been in sales, estimating and project management. From design-build to hard bid, Dennis’ project experience ranges from both heavy & light commercial, industrial, retail development – tenant fit out, institutional, multi-level office, automotive facility renovations – new construction, multi-family development and specialty construction projects. Dennis’ past experiences also includes 18 years designing, selling and constructing pre-engineered metal buildings in this sector of the construction market. Dennis graduated from Waynesburg University in 1989.

Andrew Marsic

Andrew Marsic| Senior Project Manager

Andrew joined Guardian Construction in 2019 as a Senior Project Manager. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology with a BS in Construction Management.  Andrew brings 20 years of industry experience which includes renovations and new builds for educational and religious institutions, restaurant construction, manufacturing facilities and clean room construction, Healthcare, and also recreational facilities. Andrew specializes in project management, estimating, scheduling, value engineering, safety programs and site reviews.

Adam Wood

Project Manager

Adam Wood| Project Manager

Adam joined Guardian Construction in 2019 as an addition to our Project Management team. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology and has over 11 years of experience in residential construction including total renovations and new construction builds. His experience includes single and multi-unit dwellings. Adam also has a wealth of knowledge in construction management, project scheduling, and estimating.

Dean Clark

Dean Clark | Director of Sales & Business Development

Dean Clark joined Guardian Construction in May of 2017 to focus on company growth and development . Dean’s background and relationship with Butler Manufacturing makes him a knowledgeable resource for clients looking to construct pre-engineered metal buildings. Dean will also serve as a project manager.

Amanda Stone

Amanda Stone | Business Development/Project Assistant

Amanda Stone joined Guardian Construction in 2014 to serve as an Assistant Project Manager. Amanda has over 20 years experience in construction management, including planning, engineering, and sales. She is currently the Director of Business Development and supports the team by providing project administration.

Christina M. Bucciero

Christina M. Bucciero | Vice President/Real Estate Development

Christina Bucciero returned to Guardian Construction in 2014 to oversee Guardian’s real estate development projects and find new projects. She has over 10 years in the commercial real estate field and construction industry. Christina is President of Guardian Realty Solutions, LLC and can assist with your project from the initial search to the final punch list.

Terri Dahlstrom | Office Manager 

Terri Dahlstrom joined Guardian Construction in 1996 to serve as Office Manager and Accountant. She brought her experience with a CPA firm, an insurance company and years of construction knowledge to the Construction Management team of Guardian Construction. Terri has gained extensive experience with contract management, compliance issues of various government agencies and developed a personalized approach in dealing with each client in order to facilitate seamless processing of the administrative functions for each project.
