CEO of Guardian Construction, started his career within the multi-family sector of the construction industry. Since then, he’s leveraged his experience to position the business to support local entrepreneurs through a construction management approach. Anthony understands the unique needs of each client and with his personalized and highly customized approach Guardian has a reputation for leading with integrity. With Anthony’s leadership, Guardian Construction has a commitment to maintain this service level throughout the field resulting in repeat business.
Serving Guardian Construction as the President of Construction, Dennis joined the team in 2012 and brings 33 years of construction experience with him – 26 of which are in commercial construction and pre-engineered metal buildings. From design-build to bid work, Dennis’ project experience ranges from both heavy & light commercial, industrial, retail development – tenant fit out, institutional, multi-level office, automotive facility renovations – new construction, multi-family development and specialty construction projects. Marry that with his experience in sales, estimating and project management, Dennis provides unique perspective to the business. Ensuring our customers are always first. Dennis graduated from Waynesburg University in 1989.
As our Senior Project Manager, he’s responsible for overall project management of jobs, estimating, scheduling, value engineering, safety programs on jobsites, and site reviews. Andrew, a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology with a BS in Construction Management, joined the team in 2019. He brings 20 years of industry experience to the Guardian team, which includes renovations and new builds for educational and religious institutions, restaurant construction, manufacturing facilities and clean room construction, healthcare, and recreational facilities.
Joined Guardian Construction as a Project Manager in 2019 and is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology with over 11 years of experience in residential construction. His experience includes new builds and total renovation for single and multi-unit dwellings. Adam also has a wealth of knowledge in construction management, project scheduling, and estimating, making him a great asset to the team.
Serves us as the Director of Sales and Business Development for Guardian Construction. Since 2017, Dean’s primary focus has been company growth. Dean has a background in pre-engineered metal building solutions and has a relationship with Butler Manufacturing making him a wealth of knowledge for our clients. Dean also serves as a project manager for the business.
Joined Guardian Construction in 2014 to serve as an Assistant Project Manager. Amanda has over 20 years of experience in construction management including planning, engineering, and sales. She has grown with the business and currently serves as the Director of Business Development and supports the team when needed by providing project administration.
Serving as Vice President of Real Estate Development, Christina returned to Guardian Construction in 2014 to oversee Guardian’s real estate development projects and source new projects. She has over 10 years in the commercial real estate field and construction industry. Currently, Christina serves as the President of Guardian Realty Solutions, LLC and assists clients from the initial search to the final punch list.
William (Bill) Suppa
Joining Guardian Construction as a Superintendent in January 2019, William brings 30 years of construction experience to our team. He has worked in both the commercial and residential arena around the tri-state area. William takes pride in his work and treats every project as if it were his own.
Joined the Guardian family as a superintendent in November of 2020. He studied at the Naval Engineering College in Romania and then relocated to the United States. Dobrinel owned and operated a construction company specializing in new construction and renovation. His knowledge and experience is a valuable asset to our team.
Richard joined our team as a superintendent in May of 2021. He has more than thirty years of commercial construction experience, and is a welcome addition to our team. His vast experience includes a variety of commercial building types and styles including conventional construction, pre-engineered metal buildings, log cabins, churches and much more.
Joining Guardian Construction as our Controller in 2022, Mary has a very diverse background in accounting that brings almost 20 years of experience to the company. After many years of office management and bookkeeping, she went back to school to earn her degree in accounting so she could advance in the field. Mary’s focus is on the bottom line while overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions which makes her a great addition to our team.
