 I have had the pleasure of working with Guardian Construction in conjunction with Butler Mfg. on a 132,000 square foot PEMB. The building will be used as a steel fabrication and OEM processing facility in Petersburg, VA. The project started as a 60,000 square foot building in 2020 and grew to its current footprint in 2022. We made many changes to the design along the way and Dean at Guardian was more than accommodating to each time we decided to make changes. Guardian and Dean in particular brought a wealth of knowledge to the table from the start of the project from design to delivery. They phased and coordinated all aspects of the building through manufacturing and delivery. Guardian ensured all materials delivered properly and on schedule to the job site and sorted out any questions and concerns from our GC and building erectors on site.

This letter is to thank the Guardian Construction team for the excellent job creating the new Donora Senior Center in Donora Towers located at 685 Meldon Ave, Donora, PA.

Donora Towers is a 9-story apartment building built in 1979 that had a large, unused area on the ground floor, which the Donora Senior Center wanted to lease. We hired Guardian Construction to fit out the space for the new tenant, which involved new HVAC, plumbing and electrical; new walls and finishes; and a replacement of the exterior doors and windows. The total budget was approximately $225,000.

Guardian Construction completed the work on time and on budget. Their team worked with us through COVID-19 and they always maintained a safe, orderly job site. There were very few change orders and they treated us fairly for the change orders we had.
