Renovation to the existing cabaret theater, bar, lobby space, ticketing office and restrooms on the first floor of an eleven-story parking garage.

Home to fantastic musical productions, late-night entertainment, live music, and outstanding food, the Greer Cabaret Theater is the Cultural District’s newest performance venue providing unique live music and theatrical performances year-round.
