PROJECT INFORMATON

Building Renovations & Build Out  —  Leybold USA, Inc. located in Penn Township, Westmoreland County, is a pioneer of vacuum technologies, offers a wide range of advanced vacuum solutions for use in manufacturing and analytical processes, as well as for research purposes. Leybold has contracted Guardian Construction to remodel their former Rotork building, also located in Penn Township. Renovations for the 28,000 sq. ft. interior, two story structure, include modifications, upgrades, and a build-out. Upon completion of the project there will be new offices, break room and kitchen, conference rooms, clean (sterile) room, mezzanine, and new parking area adjacent to the building.
